Yup! Unlimited edits includes all “front end” changes to content, such as:

• images
• text
• blog articles
• page layouts
• menus
• sidebars

You provide us with the content, and we will update the website with it. We can also change plugin and theme settings and CSS adjustments (within reason).

Things that are not included are custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, or any server-side work.

Example 1:

Yes: You send us a new logo to replace the old one

No: You require us to remove the white background from the logo first

Example 2:

Yes: You need us to create a new page (or blog article), so you send us all the images and content for the page

No: You need us to create a new page, but you need us to find images or write content

Example 3:

Yes: You need us to change settings on an existing plugin (or theme)

No: You need us to install & setup a new plugin (or theme)

We are there to provide you with a convenient website maintenance service, we won’t nit pick every change you send through to us, as long as you are reasonable with your requests.

If you have an eCommerce website (with less than 100 products) or any website with custom functionality, then you will require our eCommerce plan.

We will manage your shop and products for you – upload, edit and remove products, edit pricing, create categories etc. We do not manage orders and shipping however.

If your shop has more than 100 products, then we will provide a custom quote for maintenance.

All changes will be done in 48hrs or less. If you require urgent changes, we are happy to prioritise them for you. 

Obviously, the complexity of the changes, or the number of changes requested will affect the turnaround time. Either way, our Support agents will provide you with an exact timeline.
