Terms of service.
The terms that apply when you use this website or work with Launch Digital.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the launchdigital.agency website (the “Site”) operated by Launch Digital (Pty) Ltd (“Launch Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Site.
Client engagements, the actual marketing, advertising and website work we deliver, are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Launch Digital (Pty) Ltd and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our written permission, except for fair-use purposes such as quoting an article with attribution.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it for spam purposes, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
Links to other websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services we don’t own or control. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies or practices. We advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
Guarantees and service claims
Where we publish guarantees (such as performance or money-back guarantees), the specific conditions of those guarantees are set out in the relevant service agreement or proposal. Marketing results vary by business, market and budget. Case study results on this Site are real client outcomes, not a promise of identical results for you.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Content on the Site (including blog articles) is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the South African Consumer Protection Act or UK consumer law where they apply.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes we’ll give at least 15 days’ notice by posting the updated Terms here. Continued use of the Site after revisions take effect means you accept the new Terms.
