This policy covers everything you buy through Launch Digital Agency Ltd on launchdigital.agency and checklist.launchdigital.agency: our digital products and our PPC audit. Digital products: 30-day money-back guarantee
This covers the PPC Lead Engine Checklist ($27), the Team & Client Licence ($17), the Negative Keyword Bulk Pack ($27), the Landing Page Template Pack ($97), and any similar downloadable product.
If you’re not happy for any reason, email info@launchdigital.agency within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no questions.
Because these are instant downloads, when you buy you agree to get immediate access and you acknowledge that this waives the automatic 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies anyway, and is more generous than the law requires.
The PPC audit: a service, so different terms
- Fully refundable if you cancel before we start the audit.
- Once we’ve delivered the audit (the written report and the video walkthrough), it’s non-refundable, because it’s bespoke work produced specifically for your account.
- If you go on to a management retainer with us, the audit fee is credited against your first month, so if you continue with us the audit effectively costs you nothing.
How to request a refund
Email info@launchdigital.agency with your order number. We process approved refunds within 5 working days, back to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
