The challenge
Desk and Chair is the e-commerce arm of Smart Office Solutions, a South African office furniture supplier. During the baseline period, the account was generating 213 leads at R193 per lead from broad Google Search and Shopping campaigns.
What we did
We restructured the Google Ads account around clearer campaign themes, tightened keyword and audience targeting to cut wasted spend, and layered in remarketing to win back product page visitors.
