52% more leads, 43% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month window, Embroidery Tactics saw a 52% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 43%.
The challenge
Embroidery Tactics is a South African corporate embroidery and gifting business run by Len. They do branded workwear, in-house digitising and recently added DTF (Direct to Film) printing as a new service line. During the baseline period, they were generating 29 leads at R138 per lead.
What we did
We built a dedicated DTF landing page and rewrote the home page to lead with their USPs — fast turnaround, in-house digitising and bulk corporate orders. The Google Ads were split out by service so embroidery, branded workwear and DTF each had their own ad group, copy and budget. We fixed conversion tracking so every quote request was being counted, then ran weekly performance updates with the team to shift budget to the campaigns bringing the best cost per lead.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads increased from 29 to 44 — a 52% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from R138 to R79 — a 43% reduction.
