Over a 3-month window, Greenside Orthodontics saw a 115% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 54%.
The challenge
Greenside Orthodontics is Dr Kaka's specialist orthodontic practice in Johannesburg, part of the Hugo Orthodontics group. They focus on braces and Invisalign for kids, teens and adults. During the baseline period, they were generating 26 leads at R336 per lead.
What we did
We rebuilt the campaigns around the high-intent treatments — Invisalign, clear aligners and braces consultations — with each ad group pointed at the right service page. We added tight geo-targeting to focus on Greenside and the surrounding suburbs, layered in negative keywords to filter out students researching ortho courses, and got call tracking and form conversions firing cleanly. Weekly reviews with Catherine kept the budget on the campaigns pulling their weight.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads increased from 26 to 56 — a 115% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from R336 to R155 — a 54% reduction.
