2000% more leads, 95% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month window, Go Oral Care saw a 2000% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 95%.
The challenge
Go Oral Care is a South African oral care e-commerce brand that sits inside the Hugo Orthodontics group. They sell oral care products direct to consumers through their online store. During the baseline period (May to July 2025), the Google Ads account was generating 13 leads at R928 per lead.
What we did
We audited the existing Google Ads account, fixed the conversion tracking so we could actually see what was selling, and built a new strategy around Shopping and Search campaigns aimed at the highest-revenue products. We then tracked the account weekly through our Marketing Pulse reviews and shifted budget toward the campaigns and products driving the best return.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads jumped from 13 to 273 — a 2000% increase. Cost per lead dropped from R928 to R47 — a 95% reduction.
