465% more leads, 50% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month window, Hoffman Audiology saw a 465% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 50%.
The challenge
Hoffman Audiology is a South African audiology practice that came to us through our partner agency, Think Alchemy. They wanted more new patient enquiries from Google Ads. During the baseline period, the account was generating 20 leads at R460 per lead.
What we did
We rebuilt the Google Ads account around the practice's core services and locations. We tightened the conversion tracking so phone calls and enquiry form submissions were captured properly, added a strong negative keyword list to cut wasted spend, and tested Performance Max alongside Search to broaden reach. We then tracked the account weekly through our Marketing Pulse updates and adjusted bids and budgets based on what was actually booking appointments.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads surged from 20 to 113 — a 465% increase. Cost per lead dropped from R460 to R230 — a 50% reduction.
