Over a 3-month window, JTA Roofing saw a 69% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 34%.
The challenge
JTA Roofing is a Cape Town roofing and painting business serving homeowners across the Western Cape. When we started, leads from Google Ads were flat and search visibility had dropped for core terms like roofing Cape Town. During the baseline period they were generating 138 leads at R192 per lead.
What we did
We restructured the Google Ads account around the services that actually drive jobs, like roof repairs and new gutters, and pointed the traffic at dedicated landing pages with strong offers. We tightened location targeting to Cape Town suburbs, cut wasted spend on broad terms, and rebuilt the ad copy to match each service. Our team also rolled out a Meta lead-gen campaign with fresh creative to keep enquiries coming in alongside Google, with weekly Marketing Pulse check-ins to review performance with Tarryn and Jason.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads increased from 138 to 233 — a 69% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from R192 to R128 — a 34% reduction.
