972% more leads, 87% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month window, nCino saw a 972% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 87%.
The challenge
nCino KYC (originally DocFox) is a financial technology business that sells a KYC and onboarding platform to banks and financial services firms across Africa. They came to us for a Google Ads audit followed by a full rebuild of their account. During the baseline period (May to July 2022), the account was generating 25 leads at R1,148 per lead.
What we did
We started with a full audit and walked the marketing team through the findings on Loom. We then rebuilt the account around their core product lines, built out new Search campaigns aimed at the highest-intent KYC and onboarding searches, and fixed the conversion tracking through their Google Tag Manager account so we could measure real form submissions. After launch we managed the account weekly and shifted budget toward the campaigns generating qualified demo requests.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads surged from 25 to 268 — a 972% increase. Cost per lead dropped from R1,148 to R146 — an 87% reduction.
