The challenge

One Visa World is a South African immigration services firm with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg. They help clients with visas, police clearances and other immigration paperwork. They wanted Google Ads to bring in more enquiries from people looking for an immigration consultant. During the baseline period, they were generating 25 leads at R583 per lead.

What we did

We restructured the Google Ads account around clear service themes like visas and police clearances so each campaign matched what people were actually searching for. Conversion tracking was tightened so leads from the website fed the bidding strategy. We tuned keywords, search terms and ad copy every week and reported back through Marketing Pulse updates. The campaigns were geo-targeted around the Cape Town and Johannesburg offices to focus spend on the right markets.

The results

In the following 6 months, leads increased from 25 to 91 — a 264% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from R583 to R226 — a 61% reduction.
