The challenge
Roofing Auditors is a South African roofing, waterproofing and leak repair business launched by the team behind JBC Roof Cover. The sister brand was set up to chase smaller, urgent jobs like same-day leak repairs, where customers see JBC as a larger contractor. They came to us for a brand new Google Ads setup with a ZAR 1,000 a day budget. During the baseline period the conversion rate sat at around 2%.
What we did
We built the account from scratch including a new Google Ads account, GA4 property and GTM container with full conversion tracking. Our team set up campaigns around urgent, high-intent searches like leak repairs and roof waterproofing, with ad copy that leaned into the agile, quick turnaround positioning. We added strong negative keywords to keep the budget on serious leads, and reviewed performance weekly to push spend toward the keywords actually driving enquiries.

In the following 3 months, conversion rate improved by 58%, indicating significantly better-quality traffic reaching the site.
