Over a 3-month window, Stallion Autocare saw a 525% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 47%.
The challenge
Stallion Autocare is a South African car servicing and mechanical workshop. They came to us to bring down a very high cost per lead on Google Ads. During the baseline period, the account was generating 4 leads at R4,044 per lead.
What we did
We rebuilt the account around the workshop's core services and the suburbs around the branch. We tightened conversion tracking so phone calls and form submissions were captured properly, added a strong negative keyword list to cut out searches for things they don't do, and switched the bidding strategy over to Maximize Conversions. We then reviewed performance weekly through our Marketing Pulse process and adjusted budgets toward the campaigns producing real bookings.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads increased from 4 to 25 — a 525% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from R4,044 to R2,145 — a 47% reduction.
