Over a 3-month window, Vida Dentistry saw a 25% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 56%.

The challenge

Vida Dentistry is a private dental practice run by Louise's team and part of the TDMP group of UK practices. They offer general dentistry, cosmetic work and Invisalign. We handle their Google Ads and look after the website. During the baseline period, they were generating 61 leads at R101 per lead.

What we did

We built a new landing page focused on the treatments that drive private patient bookings. The Google Ads were rebuilt around the high-intent treatments — General Dentist, Invisalign and cosmetic — each with its own ad group and copy. We added strong negative keywords to filter out NHS searches and patient-recall queries that were eating budget. Weekly performance reviews and steady ad copy testing kept the cost per lead falling.

The results

In the following 3 months, leads increased from 61 to 76. Cost per lead dropped from R101 to R45 — a 56% reduction.
