66% more leads, 64% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month comparison window, Barker Dental Care saw a 66% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 64%. Part of the TDMP dental group.
The challenge
Barker Dental Care is a dental practice in Sarisbury Green, Hampshire, owned by Dr Paul Adamson and part of the wider TDMP group of UK practices. We manage their Google Ads as part of the TDMP portfolio. During the initial 3-month period (June–August 2025), the practice was generating 91 leads at a cost per lead of £24.80, with a conversion rate of 6.72%.
What we did
We restructured the Google Ads account and tightened the local targeting around the practice's catchment postcodes so the budget stopped leaking to searches outside the practice's real travel area. We rewrote ads around the services that matter most to the practice and cleaned up negative keywords to cut research traffic. We also worked closely with the TDMP team to line up the ads with the new Barker Dental website that we built and launched in 2026.
The results
In the following 3 months (September–November 2025), leads increased from 91 to 151 — a 66% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from £24.80 to £8.97 — a 64% reduction. Conversion rate more than doubled, rising from 6.72% to 16.95%.
