154% more leads, 77% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month window, THE Dentist Salisbury saw a 154% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 77%. Part of the TDMP dental group.
The challenge
THE Dentist Salisbury is a UK dental practice and one of the 14 sites that sit under the TDM Partnership group. They wanted more new patient enquiries from Google Ads without blowing the budget on clicks from outside their catchment. During the baseline period they were generating 65 leads at £30 per lead.
What we did
We worked with Glenn and the practice manager to pin down the postcodes that actually drive new patients, then locked the campaigns to those areas only. Our team restructured the ad groups around the treatments people search for, refreshed the ad copy, and added an EnquiryBot on the website to catch visitors who would not have filled in a form. We reviewed performance every two weeks with Glenn so budget kept flowing to the campaigns that were converting.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads increased from 65 to 165 — a 154% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from £30 to £7 — a 77% reduction.
