154% more leads, 54% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month comparison window, Biutiful Dentistry saw a 154% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 54%.
The challenge
Biutiful Dentistry is a South African dental practice running Google Ads to bring in new patient enquiries. During the baseline period (March to May 2025), the practice was generating 85 leads at a cost per lead of R211.39, with a conversion rate of 11.57%.
What we did
We restructured the Google Ads account around the practice's core treatments, tightened the conversion tracking and added a strong negative keyword list to stop wasted spend on the wrong searches. We tested Performance Max alongside Search and reviewed performance every week through our Marketing Pulse process, then shifted budget to the campaigns booking real patients.
The results
In the following 3 months (June–August 2025), leads jumped from 85 to 216 — a 154% increase. Cost per lead dropped from R211.39 to R96.79 — a 54% reduction. Conversion rate more than doubled from 11.57% to 26.73%.
