144% more leads, 51% lower cost per lead

Over a 3-month window, New Leaf Dental saw a 144% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 51%. Part of the TDMP dental group.

The challenge

New Leaf Dental is a private practice in Bournemouth and part of the TDMP group of 14 UK dental practices. We run their Google Ads and look after the website. During the baseline period, they were generating 32 leads at £27 per lead.

What we did

We tightened the campaign structure around the treatments that actually drive new patients, like Invisalign, implants and hygienist visits. We rewrote the ad copy, added a strong negative keyword list to cut wasted spend on NHS searches, and pointed traffic to the right service pages. We also fixed the online booking journey on the site and added a GDPR consent banner so tracking stayed clean. Tight weekly checks kept the cost per lead falling.

The results

In the following 3 months, leads increased from 32 to 78 — a 144% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from £27 to £13 — a 51% reduction.
