Over a 3-month window, Elm Grove Dental Practice maintained steady lead volume while reducing cost per lead by 11%. Part of the TDMP dental group.

The challenge

Elm Grove Dental Practice is one of 14 UK practices in the TDMP (The Dental Marketing Partnership) group, run centrally by Glenn Rhodes. Launch Digital manages Google Ads and the website. During the baseline period the account was generating 100 leads at £12 per lead.

What we did

We tightened the Google Ads campaigns around the practice's actual catchment postcodes and the highest-value treatments. We refined ad copy and landing pages around the new Dental Plan offer to lift relevance. From there we ran weekly Marketing Pulse reviews tracking cost, conversions and CPA, with bid, negative keyword and creative adjustments each week to hold lead volume steady while bringing the cost per lead down.

The results

In the following 3 months, leads remained steady at 103 while cost per lead dropped from £12 to £11 — an 11% reduction.
