14% more leads, 22% lower cost per lead
Over a 3-month window, Oakmount Dental Care saw a 14% increase in leads while cost per lead dropped 22%. Part of the TDMP dental group.
The challenge
Oakmount Dental Care is part of the TDMP group of UK dental practices. They came to us through TDMP's portfolio-wide Google Ads programme. In the baseline period the account generated 91 leads at a cost per lead of GBP 21, with traffic landing on a mix of dental booking pages and Swipe Pages.
What we did
We restructured the Google Ads campaigns to tighten targeting and cut wasted spend. We pointed paid traffic at dedicated dental landing pages instead of the main website. We swapped the DenGro inbound forms out for native forms on the site so leads were captured cleanly and tracked back to the ads. We then ran ongoing optimisation across keywords, ad copy and bids each month.
The results
In the following 3 months, leads increased from 91 to 104 — a 14% improvement. Cost per lead dropped from £21 to £16 — a 22% reduction.
